問題は、DebianシステムでUbuntuパッケージを混在させようとしていることです。
Ubuntuは理由が異なります。 Ubuntuを実行するには、Ubuntuを実行します。そうしないと、DebianにUbuntuパッケージをインストールしようとしないでください。
明らかに、lcovパッケージには何の問題もありません。エラーメッセージを確認すると、libpango（おそらくlcovの依存関係）がplymouthを破損するためインストールできないというメッセージが表示され、明らかにUbuntuパッケージと呼ばれています。
