Timesyncdサービスが返されました（コード=終了、ステータス=227 / NO_NEW_PRIVILEGES）

Ubuntu Server 18.04を使用していますが、クロックが同期していません。

サービスを始めましょう。

なぜ動作しないのか理解できません。
