質問を書いて発見した事実です：Pitivi 2022.06では、開くボタンはプロジェクトのみを開き、メディア（ビデオ）ファイルは開きません。したがって、「新規」をクリックすると新しいプロジェクトが作成されます。その後、ビデオファイルをメディアライブラリにドラッグアンドドロップまたはインポートできます。最初のファイルの場合、Pitiviは「一致するファイルに設定されたプロジェクト設定*.mp4」と言います。 ":
