パッチ形式エラー

patch: **** malformed patch at line 225: diff --git

225行目は次のとおりです。

ファイルパッチにいくつかの行を追加したパッチがたくさんありますが、225行目では常に同じエラーが発生しますが、この行には触れませんでした。
