したがって、VLCでRTSPを使用することはできません。 Debianポリシーで問題を見ましたが、解決策がわかりません。

snapdを使用してVLCをインストールしようとしましたが、次のエラーが発生して動作しませんでした。

 NameError: no function 'libvlc_new'
