まず、コード ブロックを <%= ではなく <%# で開始します。

これにより、コード ブロックが Response.Write コード ブロックからデータ バインディング式に変更されます。データ バインディング式はコード ブロックではない
ため<%# ... %>、CLR はエラーを報告しません。次に、マスター ページのコードに次のコードを追加します。
