この問題に多くの時間を費やしたので、私の解決策を共有しようと思いました。Spring 3.0.4以降、と呼ばれる構成パラメータがあります<mvc:resources/>（詳細は参照ドキュメントのウェブサイト) を使用すると、サイトのルートで DispatchServlet を使用しながら静的リソースを提供できます。
