MediaBrowserServiceCompat() を拡張する MediaService があり、そのサービスのメソッド onCreate で MediaSessionCompat を初期化します。

どこにも使用していない場合PendingIntent、この依存関係を追加または更新することで問題が解決する可能性があります。

これで問題は解決しました。
プロジェクトのターミナルで実行して./gradlew app:dependencies、古いバージョンのwork-runtimeを含む依存関係を確認できます。その後、正しいことを行うためにその依存関係をアップグレードしてみてください。
