パッケージを使用したいと思いますdevtools。次のコマンドを実行しました:
> install.packages("devtools", dependencies = TRUE)
....
> library(devtools)

何が間違っているのでしょうか?

に従ってダミアン・フランソワの提案に従って、libcurl4-gnutls-dev をインストールしたところ、問題は解決しました。
