問題は、廃止された機能を使おうとしていることだと思いますbabel-eslint パーサーは1年前に最後に更新されたもので、ES6モジュールをサポートしていないようです。最新のパーサー少なくとも単純なリンティングでは機能するようです。
だから、こうしてください:
