私はいつもyumを介してCentOS 6.3 64ビットにHeartbeat3.0.5+Pacemaker1.0.12をインストールしたかったです。インストールは成功したようですが、ハートビートを実行すると問題が発生します。

とにかく一度試してみて提供された情報によると、SELinuxポリシーの問題があるようです。
SELinuxが有効になっているかどうかを確認するには？

コマンドが強制実行を返すと、システムはSELinuxがアクティブな状態で実行されています。この場合、許可モードに切り替えて問題が解決するかどうかを見てみましょう。
SELinuxモードを許可モードに変更するには？

[root@ragnarok ~]# getenforce
Permissive
これは再起動するまで機能するので、失敗したサービスを起動してみましょう。
