アップデート: 以下の提案をほぼすべて試し、Log.v("BatteryLogger", "Got to onReceive, about to start service");StartupIntentReceiver の onReceive ハンドラーなどにログを追加しましたが、何もログに記録されません。つまり、BroadcastReceiver にも届きません。
APK のデプロイとテストは正しく行われていると思います。Eclipse でデバッグを実行すると、コンソールには Xoom タブレットの \BatteryLogger\bin\BatteryLogger.apk に正常にインストールされたと表示されます。次に、テストのためにタブレットを再起動し、DDMS のログを調べ、OS 設定で実行中のサービスを確認します。これですべて正しいでしょうか、それとも何か見落としているのでしょうか。繰り返しになりますが、どのような助言でも大歓迎です。
