Null ポインタ例外 - findViewById() 質問する

このプログラムの問題が何なのかを突き止めるのに、どなたか助けていただけませんか。onCreate()メソッドでは、すべての ID に対して null が返され、後で null ポインター例外が発生します。ビューが見つからないfindViewById()理由がわかりません。何か提案はありますか?findViewById()
