MultiCD自体の経験はありませんが、ハードドライブに問題があるか、ファイルが破損しているようです。
LiveCD で再起動し、fsck/dev/sda1 などのプライマリパーティションで実行します。dfこれを実行して、「/」がインストールされている場所を参照して確認できます。 LiveCDの実行中にfsck /dev/sda1何らかのエラーが発生する可能性があります。
cp: failed to extend最近ファイル自体に問題があり、エラーが発生しました。ダウンロードしたファイルまたはMultiCDで使用したファイルの場所でチェックサムを見つけます。たぶんもう一度ダウンロードしてみてください。
