私のFirefoxにvpsサーバーから渡されたlocalhost：9099プロキシを使用させようとしていますが、なぜこれがうまくいかないのですか？いつも手に入れるbind: Address already in use

トラブルシューティングの次の手順を追加しました。重複バインディングが修正されました。ローカルコンピュータのファイアウォールの問題だったので、vpsサーバーに接続できるようになりました。しかし、ブラウザでhttpを開くと、ブラウザのプロキシはまだ機能しません。

The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure  that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

リモートマシン（VPS）から以下を取得します。
