私はマイケルとフォンブランドのコメントに同意します。しかし、私のシステムはまだ非常に遅いです。特にQtCreatorで何かをコンパイルするときはそうです。マウスの動きも遅くなった。

パーティションを交換し/etc/fstabて再起動する前にコメントで確認してみると、スワップは0.0GBになりましたが、kswapd0はまだ99％〜100％を使用しています。
