設定を確認してください/etc/apt/sources.list。
contrib新しくインストールする場合とセクションを有効にしていない可能性がありますnon-free。次の行を探してください。
deb http://ftp.XX.debian.org/debian/ wheezy main
そしてそれに変更
deb http://ftp.XX.debian.org/debian/ wheezy main contrib non-free
その後、実行してapt-get updateもう一度やり直してください。として存在する必要がありますflashplugin-nonfree。
AdobeのFlashプラグインは無料でダウンロードできますが、Debianフリーソフトウェアガイドライン（DFSG）は「無料」を「オープンソース」と定義しているので、DebianはcontribFlash Playerをダウンロードしてインストールできるセクションにダウンロードパッケージを作成しました。
