Arch Time Zone: 現地時間ハードウェア時計による時間エラー

私のハードウェア時計は現地時間（GMT +2）に設定されていますが、新しくインストールされたArchは明らかにそうではないと考えて3時間を追加します。あれこれやってみhwclockましたがtimedatectl希望はありません。 BIOSで時間設定をタッチすることが躊躇します。この問題をどのように解決できますか？
