memprofはZTSバージョンのPHPをサポートしていません。これは--enable-maintainer-zts、memprofがサポートしていないこのオプションを使用してPHPが構築されたことを意味します。
--enable-maintainer-ztsスイッチなしでPHPをビルドする必要があります。このスイッチは、スレッドサーバー（Apacheワーカーmpmのmod_phpなど）がサーバーモジュールとしてPHPを使用している場合にのみ必要ですが、お勧めできません。
