cygwinを介してhtmldocをインストールする方法は？

./configurecygwinを介して私のコンピュータにFLTKと共にタイトルにgccを含むすべてのパッケージをインストールし、エラーなしで実行しましたが、./configure ENTER実行した後にmakeエラーが発生します。
