.configフォルダのリンクが壊れている可能性があります。 （〜/.config）google-chrome（壊れた）を削除してChromeを開きます。 （少なくとも私には効果がありました。）（〜/.config/google-chromeが破損しているため、フォルダとして認識されずファイルとして認識されますsudo rm ~/.config/google-chrome。
