ntfs-3g-2:2011.4.12-5.el6.x86_64以下からパッケージを削除してみてください。
ヤムntfs-3gを削除
このパッケージに依存するパッケージを確認してください。 yumの削除パッケージリストに1つのパッケージしか表示されていない場合は、そのパッケージを安全に削除できます。 （メモ:パッケージが何であるかわからない場合は、「Y」を押してパッケージを削除しないでください。 )
この後に行きますyum update。
