解決しました。問題はSELinuxにありました。明示的に許可モードに設定しましたが、変更を正しく適用するために再起動しませんでした。そのため、SELinuxの現在の状態を確認してみるsestatusと、Permissiveモードで構成されていますが、Enforcingモードで実行されていることがわかりました。
