フォントランは関係がないようですが、見えないウィンドウはグラフィックスタックの問題のように見えます。一時的に非合成ウィンドウマネージャに切り替えて、問題が解決するかどうかを確認してください。
ファイルが再び破損しています。クラッシュ中にファイルを書き込んだり交換したりしない限り、ファイルがどのように破損しているのかわかりません。フォントキャッシュなどが破損しているようです。しかし、私の直感では、破損したファイルが赤いニシンであり、問題の原因はグラフィックドライバエラーであるということです。 （特に今年はIntelがGPUを統合した最近の年だと思われます。）
