intel_pstateドライバが私を狂わせる

intel_pstateドライバにはいくつかの問題があります。

質問1）ターボを無効にすることはできません。以下はBIOSで無効になります。

問題2）最大周波数を制限できません。 「max_perf_pct」は33に設定され、「min_perf_pct」は同じである。 CPU はすべての設定を完全に無視します。
