SSHパスワードチェックを無効にすると、Debian VPSでは機能しません

Debian 7 VPS設定があります。 SSH キー認証を有効にしてパスワード認証を無効にしたが、無効は機能しません。

SSH経由でVPSに接続しようとすると、SSHキーパスワードの入力を求められ、正常に機能しますが、キャンセルをクリックすると、「エージェントが署名失敗を確認しました」エラーが表示され、現在のユーザーアカウントのパスワードの入力を求められます。 、無効にしても入力し、アカウントのパスワードを使用してログインします。なぜパスワードアクセスでログインできるのかご存知ですか？ありがとう
