エージェントタイムアウト、エラー

プロキシを設定しようとしていますが、使用しようとするたびに拒否またはタイムアウトします。私はすべてを試しました。 Torが実行中です。私のシステムは完全に更新され、Kali Linuxを使用しています。時には通過できないこともあります。
