OSXへのelinkのインストール

このビデオに従ってテキストベースのブラウザe-Linkをダウンロードしようとしています。https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A2gzn8QAlWAしかし、端末で「sudo：apt-get：コマンドが見つかりません」というエラーが発生するため、これを行うことはできません。 elinkをダウンロードできるようにこの問題を解決するにはどうすればよいですか？私は
Mac OS Xバージョン10.11.5を使用しています。
