失われたフォルダと/ mntから回復

私はAmazon AWSでUbuntu 14.04.2 LTS（GNU / Linux 3.13.0-48-generic x86_64）を実行しています。 / mntに "foo"フォルダがあり、いくつかの変更が完了したら、このインスタンスの以前のバックアップに復元する必要があります。
修復後に"/mnt/foo"フォルダが見つかりませんが、試して"locate foo"みると"/mnt/foo" 。

updatedbその後、コマンドを実行しましたが、/mnt/fooコマンドに表示されなくなりましたlocate foo。

/mntディレクトリのみがありますlost+found。
