- システム設定で「ソフトウェアとアップデート」設定を開きます。
- 「アップデート」という3番目のタブを選択します。
- [新しいUbuntuリリース通知]ドロップダウンメニューを[新しいリリースの場合]に設定します。
- Alt+を押し、F2コマンドボックスに「update-manager」（引用符なし）と入力します。
- ソフトウェアアップデータが開き、次のメッセージが表示されます。新リリース「16.04 LTS」をご利用いただけます。
- アップグレードをクリックし、画面の指示に従います。
