行列、特徴行列、ネットワーク図のデータ可視化作業を行っており、ネットワーク図を介して1D ECG信号を可視化しようとしています。最近ツールのような感じggnet2おそらく不足しているようですが、まだインストールできず、plotly基本的なテストは試していませんでした。plotly3回のインストールに失敗しました。陰謀的Rプロンプトでrootとしてログインしましたが、install.packages(plotly)引き続き

httrに従ってOpenSSLそしてカールパック。このopensslパッケージはシステム要件として必要です。libssl-dev

このcurlパッケージはシステム要件として必要ですlibcurl4-openssl-dev。

したがって、インストールするには、以下を実行する必要があります。
sudo apt-get install libssl-dev libcurl4-openssl-dev
