ランダム性テストにrngtestを使用する

0011000111000111のようなバイナリシーケンスがあります。 abc.txtファイルに入れました。 rngtestを使ってランダム性をテストしたいです。

I am getting this after using rngtest <abc.txt. 
Is it random?
