read-only with the 'ro' mount option.

CMD右クリックし、管理者として実行を右クリックします。
UAC確認メッセージ
以下を入力して確認してください。
chkdsk c: /fあるいは、他のパーティションも同様です。
システムパーティションは起動モードでのみ回復できるため、起動時に「ディスクチェック」を実行するかどうかを尋ねられます。入力Yして確認してください。
再起動。エラーが修正されます。
