私はXEN GuestでDebian 8.11を実行しています。システムログには、数秒ごとに繰り返される次のメッセージがあります。

systemd[]: Unit systemd-logind.service entered failed state
systemd[]: systemd-logind.service has no holdoff time, scheduling restart
systemd[]: Stopping Login Service...
systemd[]: Starting Login Service...
いくつかのバグレポートを見つけてapt-get update＆＆apt-get Upgradeを試しましたが、procpsの解凍は常に失敗しました。
Failed to execute operation: Connection timed out
systemdのアップグレードも試しましたが、同じ結果が得られました。
ほとんどのsystemctlコマンドは、「接続タイムアウト」メッセージを返します。
実行すると、SYSTEM_LOG_LEVEL=debug /lib/systemd/systemd-logind次の結果が返されます。

前回は停電となりましたが、他のお客様とdom0はすべてよく戻っていました。
このエラーをどのように解決できますか？
