Fedora30のアップグレード：一般ユーザーとしてKDEを実行できない

Fedora 29からFedora 30にアップグレードしました。ルートはKDEをうまく使用できますが、一般ユーザーとしては使用できないため、権限に関連する問題のようです。画面の中央に反応するマウス矢印が付いたほぼ黒いフルスクリーンウィンドウが表示されます。関連する可能性があるデータの一部：

/lib64/libQt5DBus.so.5再インストール後も問題が検出されました。

一般ユーザー Xorg.0.log ファイルには何のエラーも表示されません。必要に応じて投稿できます。

また、kglobalaccelに関連するいくつかのエラーが表示されますが、.local、.config、および.kdeフォルダを削除しても役に立ちません。しかし、journalctl（何をすべきかわかりません）こう言います。
