MX LinuxでCtrl + Alt + Shift + ...ショートカットを有効にする方法は？

Ctrl + Alt + Shiftを押すと、システムは2つのキーのみを登録します。これは、IntelliJ IDEAなどのIDEで作業するのに非常に不便です。解決策はありますか？
