あなたのディストリビューションと一致しないディストリビューション用に作成されたバージョンのWine Stagingをインストールしようとしています。 Parrot SecurityはDebian stable（現在のDebian 11）に基づいているため、次のことを行う必要があります。Wine Debian 11 ガイドライン:

wget -nc https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debian/dists/bullseye/winehq-bullseye.sources
sudo mv winehq-bullseye.sources /etc/apt/sources.list.d/

他のWineHQリポジトリが設定されている場合/etc/apt/sources.list.d。
