アンインストールしようとしましたが、thermald問題が引き続き発生しても問題は発生しません。
BIOSのC-stateが無効になり、Intel Speedstepが有効になり、TurboModeが有効になります。繰り返しますが、Windows 10で起動すると、すべてが正常に動作するようです。
修正する: ノートブックがバッテリーを使用している場合、問題は発生しないようです。この現象は接続されている場合にのみ発生します。しかし、2つの異なるDELL充電器を試してみましたが、どちらの場合もこの現象が発生しました。したがって、充電器に依存しません。
