ネストされたスクロール ビューは、下にスクロールするとスムーズにスクロールしますが、上にスクロールすると遅くなります。上にスクロールすると、折りたたまれたツールバー (イメージ ビューとフレーム レイアウトを含む) はコンテンツを表示しません (空白のまま)。折りたたまれたツールバーのすべてのフラグを試しました。
