cppmanのインストール

インストールしようとしていますCPのみFedora 19またはLinux mint 15では正常にインストールされます。ただし、使用しようとすると、次のエラーが発生します。

Python IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied

Ubuntu 12.04に問題なくインストールしました。

更新：問題を解決しましたが、新しい問題が発生しました。たとえば、入力時にcppman cout表示される出力は正しい形式ではありません。
