SELinuxが起動を妨げる可能性があります。私のものも起動しません。これが問題を解決するために私がしたことです。

SELinuxのため無効になりました。このような端末を開き、次のように入力します。
vi /etc/selinux/conf and press enter;SELINUX=enforcing ラインを編集してSELINUX=無効化
正常に再起動すると問題が解決します。
