LAN経由で2つのUbuntu 12.04 PC間でIPSECトンネルを設定する

2台のubuntu 12.04 32ビットPCがあり、その間にIPSecトンネルを設定したいと思います。両方のシステムにIPsec設定があり、両方のipsec verifyシステムでうまく機能します。私はopenswanを使った経験がないので、設定ファイルを設定するのは難しいことがわかりました。
