.profileファイルのPATHにフォルダを追加できません。

matlab（）のパスが最近追加されました。~/../../usr/local/MATLAB/R2015a/bin/ただし、パスを追加した後でも単に実行するだけでは、どのフォルダからでもコマンドを実行matlabできません。matlab./matlab

正しいパスを追加しましたか？

変更を適用するにはシステムを再起動する必要がありますか？
