問題は、IPアドレスの一致の前のエントリが貪欲であるため、.*文字列内でできるだけ一致することです。
.*([[:digit:]]+\.[[:digit:]]+\.[[:digit:]]+\.[[:digit:]]+).*,
.*数字の境界で停止するには、最初のものを修正する必要があります。私が提案する何これはうまくいくかもしれませんが、サンプルデータに対してのみexim4テストしました。
